Karl Deisseroth awarded with Nobel Prize for Physiology or Medicine 2026

The 2026 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine was awarded to Karl Deisseroth, Peter Hegemann and Georg Nagel “for their discoveries concerning light-gated ion channels and optogenetics”.
In 2017, the NOMIS Foundation commissioned Imagining Science to produce a film portrait of Karl Deisseroth. The film was created by students participating in the Imagining Science Film Masterclass.

State Archive Basel‑Stadt

Spatial interfaces
for public access and
presentation

With the State Archives Basel-Stadt and the Natural History Museum Basel set to share a new building in 2028, EM2N developed the overall architectural design. Within this transition, Unbound Trajectories contributed spatial scenarios and service design concepts for the State Archive Basel-Stadt, including the reading room and library, the “archive window” and the building plans archive.
