Together with commissioners and partners, Unbound Trajectories explores strategic, organisational, spatial and communicative questions in contexts shaped by social, cultural, political, ecological, technological and economic change.
As a networked practice, we assemble multidisciplinary teams for commissioned and self-initiated projects. Combining research, foresight, design intelligence, empathy and digital craft with a close understanding of institutional, organisational and sociocultural contexts, we develop visions, strategies, formats and design-led responses for organisations navigating complex and contested conditions.
Working across complexity
With design as a starting point and the perspectives of users, citizens, employees and consumers in view, our work spans organisational strategy and change, public and civic systems, trust and legitimacy, science and knowledge, design cultures and politics, healthcare in an ageing society, urban and spatial development, and the transition to circular economies.
We help organisations turn ideas into coherent responses and coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder processes over time. Our work ranges from conceptual strategies and organisational development to digital service design, spatial concepts, and editorial and visual communication. Workshops, training and coaching support teams working with complexity, knowledge and change.
